In line with government measures and WHO recommendations in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, our company has taken all health precautions to ensure the health and safety of its employees and its website customers.
Your orders are always packed within our house, with the utmost care, in a Guibert gift box, a cotton pouch and silk tissue paper. They are now prepared by a single person, protected and gloved, strictly respecting health recommendations. Disinfection before and after each use of the metallic elements, several times a day for computers, telephones and surfaces at risk, very regular hand washing.
Our carriers (Colissimo for France, DHL for the European Union and outside the EU) have implemented a "contactless" delivery policy with the same concern for protection. Their deliverers are gloved and protected with a mask. Shipping costs are always free for Metropolitan France and free for orders above 300€ for the EU with La Poste - Colissimo. Your orders will be processed daily. Only elements beyond our control could delay delivery.
Please note: only deliveries to a pick-up point or pick-up at the store are no longer available during confinement.
Our return policy has been adapted to containment obligations. You have 14 days from the end of confinement to return your order to us. For organization reasons, we ask you to kindly notify us of the return by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days after receiving the order.
