Yes. At the time of your purchase you will be able to select the option “Checkout in store”. As soon as your order has been validated you may come and collect it at our Paris boutique at 7, avenue Emile & Armand Massard 75017 Paris.
An email will be sent to confirm that your order is available.
We accept payment by credit cards (Carte Bleue/Visa/Mastercard/e-Carte Bleue) via the secured site PayBox (Crédit Agricole). At no moment would Guibert Paris be aware of your bank details thanks to an encryption system SSL and so your details would always be secure.
You could equally settle payment of your order by bank transfer directly on our account with the bank Indosuez.The payment information would be transmitted on validation of your order, the latter sent on reception of payment.
You have 7 days from the date of your order to effect your bank transfer beyond which the order would be cancelled.
Finally, you can choose to pay your order in 3 times free of charge with Alma. On the payment page, select “Pay with Alma”. You will then be redirected to a secure payment page (3DSecure) on which you will indicate your credit card details, as for a classic payment.
Once you place an order on our website, you will be debited, according to your type of card (credit or debit) at the time of your payment or later.
If you choose to pay with alma, you will find a summary of your upcoming deadlines at the check out. You will pay 1/3 of the total amount at the order, then 1/3 a month later, and the last third 2 months after the order. You will receive an email with the calendar of your deadlines and a reminder email 3 days before each deadline.
Orders to France and The European Union are sent by Colissimo, while deliveries outside Europe are sent by DHL.
Deliveries to France are free and carried out within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Deliveries outside the European Union are charged according to the country zones and delivery is from 4 days (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays).
Worldwide deliveries are free for orders from 300€ and delivered within 72 hours (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays).
For all orders from 300€, shipping is free all around the world. Shipping is also free for Metropolitan France for every order (no minimum amount required).
Yes we deliver all over the world. Delivery is free worldwide for orders from 300€. For shipments outside the EU area, customs charges/taxes may be applied on importation. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are prepared and sent the same day if received before 14h (French time) or following day after this on condition that the articles required are available. We inform customers of the progression of the order preparation by e-mail.
As soon as the order leaves, an e-mail will be sent giving you the tracking number which you can use at the website of the following transporters:

A modification can be made but you must react quickly ! Contact us as quickly as possible from Monday to Saturday between 10:30 to 14:30 at +33 (0)1.53.64.74.74 before the order is sent because after this it would be too late.
Yes, you only need to fill in the section marked “Address of billing” different and complete the two addresses. In this way you could send a gift to a friend or have delivery to your holiday address.
You have the possibility of returning all or a part of your order (except special or made-to-measure articles) within 14 days following reception. Articles must be returned in their original packaging, new, complete, neither worn nor washed and with no damage. Returns or exchanges are free in France but at the client’s expense elsewhere. Note that for foreign returns (outside the E.U.) customs duties may be charged and those at the client’s expense.
You can ask for a return label in your customer area. You can also contact us at [email protected] with your order number where we will assist you during the return process.
Yes by visiting our boutique at 22 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris, within 14 days for providing articles are available.
All our leathers are made exclusively in France. Our four partner tanners are, each in their category, the world references. They collaborate exclusively with the most renowned luxury houses. For more details, you can consult the leathers.
Our leather goods and small leather goods are Made in France or Made in Spain. Our silk products, riding boots, low boots and chaps are Made in Italy. Our whips and crops are Made in Germany and our equestrian clothes are Made in Switzeland.
Each leather is specific, depending on its tanning and its use. You will find detailed maintenance tips on the leather sheet concerned in the leathers on our website or on each product sheet, in the maintenance tab.
For silk, silk & wool, silk & cotton, modal & cashmere, please dry-cleaning only.
Bags and accessories Guibert Paris are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase on condition of normal wear and tear and respecting the precautions advised by Guibert Paris. If necessary, we can undertake repairs.
