The padded snaffle bridle Atherstone is made from an extra-slow vegetable tanning with a natural calf padding, two luxury leathers, made in France, bringing together both performance and elegance. Its ergonomic headpiece and noseband, widened and quilted with a soft leather, brings comfort to the horse as well as a better sensation and precision. Comes with a removable noseband.

The padded snaffle bridle Atherstone was designed with Olivier Lepage, former vet to the French equestrian team. Its wide, rounded headpiece in soft leather spreads the weight over a larger area thus avoiding any tightness. Its noseband designed to the same principle brings comfort to the horse and thereby a better understanding of the rider’s demands.

Handmade in extra-slow vegetable leather, it is padded in natural calf leather.

These two natural grain leathers come from two French known worldwide for luxury leather.

The extra-slow vegetable leather is tanned by craftsmen for 12 months. It is the only one, thanks to the slowness of the tanning process, to unite two normally opposing, but necessary, suppleness and solidity.

The natural leather, padded, has been chosen for the softness and comfort it brings to the horse.

These two leathers develop a patina with time.

The calf-padded snaffle bridle Atherstone can be completed, if you wish, by rubber reins, hunter (rubber inside) or plaited. Comes with a removable noseband.

The buckles are in stainless nickled brass.

Delivered in a special bridle cover of cotton canvas and Guibert box.
